Summary

Oscar the fish is a big slacker with even bigger dreams. He imagines living in the highest apartment in the city, with the most room and the best view. However, he works at a "whale wash", and spends his days cleaning out whales teeth with his friend Angie who has a secret crush on him. Oscar gets lucky when he is at the scene of an accidental shark killing, and he leads everyone to believe he killed the shark. He becomes famous due to all the media attention he gets, and he finally gets the apartment at the top of the reef. He has to deal with being chased by the Shark Mafia while realizing his love for Angie.
